I don't know whether you would be interested but we are contacting a number of car clubs in the Lancashire area to see if they would like to participate in one of our Skid Courses.
We currently run a Skid Car course at our main venues at Manchester Sportcity (Near to Manchester City Football Stadium) and Donington race circuit. The course will give drivers experience of every possible skid scenario it creates instinctive responses and significantly reducing risks and it challenges and educates the driver at a pace to suit their abilities.
We run four courses throughout a day starting at 10.00am (the last session starts at 4.00pm). The Skid Control Course is a 2 hour course comprising:
- Theory briefing
- Instructor skid demonstration
- Hands-on skid practice
- Instructor braking technique demo ABS and non-ABS
- Hands-on braking technique practice
- Timed Slalom Event
You are also awarded a Certificate as a memento of the experience.
